10. Family: Mom & Dad (both with bendable limbs and joints, they can sit down in the chairs!); teen girl, little girl, and infant (all 3 are statue-like/ can’t bend or sit); Collie/ Dog with joints.

Notes/ Damages:
1. Allergy alert: This was in a home with a cat!
2. There is some water-damage/ staining on the bathroom floor.
3. The banister will not attach to the staircase. I will include the piece but it is basically useless.
4. The attic window is a bit warped and cloudy, as old plastic can tend to get.
5. The hinge on the piano lid is broken.
6. The cradle mattress is missing.
7. One socket that a lamp plugs into is a little fussy. You have to wiggle it around a bit to get it to work.
