Mid Century Modern 1970s Telescope Folding Furniture beach or lawn lounge chairs. Mint vintage. Mad Men summertime beach chic. Great 60s/70s photo shoot prop, but fully functional and waiting to be used on your mid-century style lawn or back yard. They fold up easily for storage or transport and are very lightweight.
Telescope Casual is the current name of the company (Granville, NY) and made all of those iconic folding chairs with webbing and rubber strands throughout the 50s, 60s, and 70s. They still produce similar styles for the high mid-range market (folding loungers sell for 140-300.00 believe it or not). They have a great publicity still on their website of folding loungers for fishing.

My pair is in mint condition. I got them from an estate in Long Island and they had been stored away unused for decades. They have very little wear and look almost showroom new. I have priced mine below what I have seen on ebay, Etsy, and vintage outdoor sites.
