Very rarely do I run across vintage with the tags still intact! It really is amazing. This dress would require some sort of slip, it appears to be made of cotton or a cotton blend and its very breathable. It is a vintage size 9/10, but please be sure to measure. There are also some loops on the sides where a belt would go, it didn’t have one when I found it. A piece of ribbon would look really cute though :)
This would make a great summer dress or even a cute beach dress!

Waist – 11’’ to 20’’ (there is elastic. it may stretch a little more, but at 20 it still seems like it would be comfortable
