This pair of Arthur Umanoff-style stools swivel 360°. Back and body of these chairs are sturdy wood and steel; seats are upholstered in cheery yellow vinyl.
This pair would be perfect candidates for DIY reupholstery, even for the novice. They are in fair vintage condition.
