This is a fabulous, solid wood table with which we’re sad to part. (No space for it after we renovate.) We finished the table beautifully and have kept it in great shape.
CB2 no longer makes it, but you can see photos and read customer reviews here:

Product description:
reclaim, restore, re-train. Rare saal wood is reclaimed from old Indian railroad ties, restored, and pieced in a natural plank mosaic dining surface of raw awe. Supported on industrial metal square tube legs, blackened with exposed welding marks. Legs are inset flush at the sides and notched in the top, becoming one with the patchwork…. [please note that we have already finished the table and it looks great; see photos]
Dimensions: 36 (W) x 80 (L) x 30 (H)
We used it as a dining table and, most recently, as an oversized side/TV table.
The only caveat with the table is that it’s heavy. Solid wood weighs a lot. In theory, the legs come off, but I think it’s best moved in one piece. Which means you need two very strong backs and a large van or truck. I would recommend movers. (We adjusted the price downward to accommodate the cost of moving. We cannot help getting it out of the apt.) Please note that our co-op allows moving only 8 am – 5pm on workdays.
$600. Pickup (preferably with movers).
Atlantic between Bond and Nevins.
