This is a truly awesome pair of wall units in Teak wood with adjustable shelves on top, cabinets below and center fold-down formica surface exposing a bar and desk. These give you so much storage space, you’ll be able to store all your books neatly and you can even fit vinyl records! They also have drawers for flatware so they’re very useful in a dining room. Both of these units are wired with working fluorescent lights so you just plug them in and hit the switch and the bar and desk light up. You’re glasses will really sparkle! The shelves are adjustable and there are groves in the lower cabinets for standing decorative platters or chargers. These units can be placed side by side (as pictured) to make one solid unit, or you can space them apart and install “floating” shelves between them for even more storage. They have holes for the additional pins to do this but I don’t have more shelves so you would have to have these made. I can recommend a good restorer who can match the wood if you chose to do this or you can just buy ready-made formica shelves that would match the interior bar and desk surfaces. These are in very good working condition. All the hinges and clasps work as they should. There are some scratches and nicks in the wood but these can be touched up with a stain pen and some Old English Scratch Cover.
