Let this dress put some zip in your step. A pretty long-sleeved polyester navy blue dress dotted all over with white polka dots zips up the front and you’re ready to go in style. Wing collar and sleeves are lined in bright white. This dress is perfect for fall. The tag is too faded to read but the dress measures 18" laid flat (double for actual) from underarm to underarm and 15" across the waist (also laid flat.)
