This beautiful candle holders features 2-tiers of hand beaded petals. It is hand made from a metallic paisley fabric, matching teal thread and glass beads. It had been sprayed with a flame retardant that meets California standards. It holds jar candles 2 3/4" in diameter. Perfect for Candle Lab candles.
