I’m Israeli. Hummus is my religion. I mastered hummus making before I moved to New York a couple of years ago. I knew I was gonna miss it. To us in the Middle East, Hummus is the main course, not a dip. It has been my lunch for many years.
Hummus – Good ol’ creamy hummus, with hot and sour sauce. Made with organic Chickpeas. Msabaha – Warm chickpeas in spicy tahini sauce. Delicious! Made with organic Chickpeas. Zehuk – Yemeni cilantro hot sauce – goes great on sandwiches, salads or, of course, your hummus!-
