4″ × 5 3/4", about 7/8" thick, made by hand from maple & walnut.
Sometimes all you need to do is cut a lime.
And we all need limes.
Occasionally a tomato.
Other times garlic (and don’t want the garlic making its presence known elsewhere on a bigger board).
Endless uses for this one, really. Quite handy.
Tagged with a Gowanus Furniture tag and includes a nickel-plated ball chain. Keep it in a drawer or hang it up.
Small. Study. Useful. Built to last. Like it’s namesake. Well, not really. Maybe? (Named after the New York and Long Island Coignet Stone Company building in Gowanus, still standing since 1873.)
