Woven from hand-made aluminum rings, the core of this graceful, flowing necklace is a traditional Byzantine weave with the addition of Byzantine “barbs” located along its length.
This necklace was specifically design as a choker style piece and is 18” long with a nickel free clasp but can be customized to length just for you! This piece seems to be best suited as a necklace at 22” but the choice is yours.
Aluminum is the ideal chainmaille material! It has all the visual splash of stainless while remaining lightweight, allergy free, and far less expensive. Indeed, this necklace weighs a mere ounce and can be worn even by those Nickel Allergies!
