I love these spicy lacto-fermented vegetables and I bet you will too. Ingredients are Chinese cabbage, daikon radish, carrots, green onions, ginger, garlic and pepper flakes. These are chopped, salted, then cultured with whey. I’m hoping to trade with people that make delicious pickles, jams, or breads.
