This handsome leather backpack was handmade by a Moroccan artisan here in New York City!
The leather is a new cowskin that has been polished with olive oil for a richly textured, handsome finish. Hand-sewn sinew details on the main buckle securement and handle give this bag an earthy, rustic vibe; perfect for the modern Indiana Joneses of the world!
The buckles securing the three front pockets, shoulder straps and top flap are all vintage brass. There is a zipper pocket on the back of the bag that reaches all the way down to the bottom. Top closes with a drawstring. Main compartment is lined in a durable synthetic fabric. Front pockets are unlined.
Bag measures 14" tall and 15" wide. Bottom measures 12″ × 5.5″. Shoulder straps are adjustable from 26" to 31.5" long.
