I prefer a female because they tend to be a bit cleaner plus I enjoy cooking and would prefer to have someone to share cooking and cleaning responsibilities instead of me cooking and cleaning up after some guy-real talk.Pets are fine as long as they are house broken because I have wood floors.
I don’t mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I don’t mind if my roommates have a pet cat, a pet dog.
