Antique Chandelier/Needs Some Fixing

Purchased this chandelier for a film shoot and no longer need it. Originally purchased from Housing Works and the buyer was told that the lights worked, however I couldn’t hook it up right. Not looking for lots of money, it just feels wrong to throw something like this away.
