In the late ‘60s seminal architect and designer, Ettore Sottsass spent two years at Stanford University’s hospital undergoing treatment for a life-threatening heart condition. During thi time he befriended Ginsberg, Kerouac, Lawrence Ferlinghetti and other beat writers of that era and started putting pen to paper himself. This is part of that early work translated by poet Stephen Levine. Extremely rare! Number 56 of 420. Serious collector’s item.
