This is a retro button up cape with two front pockets. Cute peter pan collar, and big plastic red, white and blue buttons. There’s a fringe made of yarn in same colors all around bottom. Buttonholes under the arms with black dome buttons if you wish to close up the sides.
Garment is fully lined with an ivory acetate lining. Very faint, small reddish stains on left shoulder near the collar, as well as on the bottom left side but both are barely noticeable. This has been taken into consideration when pricing.
