Women's Navy blue twill jacket with shell buttons

Dynamic one of a kind unlined jacket. Buttons are all reclaimed vintage shell buttons. Front opening, hem and sleeve openings are accented with black bias binding. Fits a 40" bust, has buttons up the sleeve openings for a more fitted sleeve. Sleeves and hem come to a point and has small mandarin collar. Great for dressing up or down!
